I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the projects you have done at both the History Center and my home.

In September 2015 you remodeled the History Center. In spite of numerous delays caused by the Golden Rain Foundation, who owns the building, your crew started on time. During the 10 day project your project manager, Darryl, worked closely with our designer to ensure that we achieved the desired result. Darryl made suggested changes which enhanced the project and smoothly handled several last minute changes made by our designer. Darryl also stopped by 10 days later to see if there was anything that was overlooked. I have attached “before and after” pictures to illustrate what was achieved by your professional staff.

In mid-winter 2012, you converted the heat pump in my home to a gas furnace and electric air conditioner. This required the installation of a second gas line. This project was done in two days and required no clean-up on by us. As you predicted, the gas furnace has made our home more comfortable and our winter-time peak monthly heating bill dropped from $120 to $65.

Recently you replaced our gas fired hot water heater. As usual, the job was started and completed on time without the necessity of us taking cold showers. Dave, your project manager, took the time to show us how to operate the unit as well as making suggestions about how to determine the most efficient temperature settings.

I have hired contractors in the construction industry for over 30 years and for a large portion of that time, I have contracted with B. Foster Construction, Inc. I have found the organization to be of the highest quality as the owner Brian Foster and his supervisor Darryl are very knowledgeable and have always been very honest.

They have carried out work from power washing the concrete to a complete renovation of a large clubhouse. The beam replacement program we partnered with them was for millions of dollars per year but they will immediately come out to check a leak in a kitchen. Any problems during or after construction get fixed and they are the first call you make when you need a contractor quickly.

Most of the work they have carried out has been competitively bid out. They are lowest on a high percentage of work and always submit a bid. They are reasonable with their pricing on change orders and won’t charge for the minor extras.
